Dr Sarah Tatton
Co-founder Sarah is a criminologist and published author with research expertise in intimate partner violence. Her work is driven by lived experience and a background supporting other survivors of violence and coercive control in the voluntary sector.
Sarah is a qualified teacher with over 25 years' experience in education. She advocates for co-produced, creative and applied teaching and learning.
Her work focuses on the significance of narrative and norms in driving social change, with an emphasis on equality and inclusion.

Ms Nicola Harrison
As co-founder of Sage Collective CIC, Nicola brings more than 20 years experience working with individuals affected by intimate partner and gender based violence.
Nicola is a qualified teacher and her expertise integrates personal lived experience, frontline practice, as well as teaching and research.
Her work has a strong focus on trauma informed approaches. She has contributed to published writing in the field of tackling gender inequality and is passionate about using education to drive lasting social change.
